Tonight Brett got promoted to the next level in Cub Scouts. He has really enjoyed Scouts this year. When we started we weren't really sure if he would like it or if he just wanted to do it because they came to his school and held a cool presentation. The presentation has lived up to the expectations so Scouting has been added fulltime to our schedule.
Nana, I need your sewing skills. The patches that I have sewn on are falling off. Plus we have more to add.
I hope to be around when he is awarded the "EAGLE SCOUT". It will be a bright star on his character as well as his resume. Very few Eagle Scout are in jail and many of our presidents were Eagle Scouts. As a past Scoutmaster, I'm a tremendous supporter of the scouting program and what it offers a young person.
